Free-Hosel Technology

Weight removed from the hosel is re-allocated to push mass lower, creating PING’s deepest center of gravity in a driver. This design aligns the CG closer to the force line, resulting in faster ball speed, optimal spin, and higher launch for improved distance and accuracy.

Hotter, Thinner Face

A reduced face height allows for a thinner, hotter face, enhancing ball speed and consistency across the clubface, including in the high heel region.

Lighter Overall, Longer Shaft Length

The total system weight is reduced by 10 grams, and the ALTA CB Blue shaft’s standard length is increased to 46". This longer shaft helps golfers achieve faster swings and greater speed while maintaining tight dispersion patterns. For the PING Tour 2.0 and other stock aftermarket shafts, the standard length is 45.50".

CarbonFly Wrap Crown

Featured across all models (MAX, LST, SFT), the CarbonFly Wrap crown saves weight, lowering the center of gravity for enhanced forgiveness. It also contributes to a muted, pleasing sound at impact.

Heavier 3-Position Adjustable Back Weight

The MAX and LST models include a 29-gram back weight that ensures forgiveness and allows adjustment to draw, fade, or neutral positions to influence shot shape and trajectory.

Trajectory Tuning 2.0 Adjustable Hosel

The lightweight, 8-position adjustable hosel provides flexibility for loft adjustments (±1.5°) and lie angle (up to 3° flatter than standard), enabling precise customization for optimal ball flight.
