Counter-Balanced Stability

Scotty Cameron introduces a new Long Design model crafted specifically at 38-inches in stable, user-friendly option that allow greater player preference when gripping and manipulating the putter. Designed slightly longer with a stiffer, custom shaft and heavier head using tungsten sole weights, the new Super Select Squareback 2 Long Design putters is a 38-inch version the Super Select Squareback 2 model, but purpose-built to help quiet the player’s hands and engage the shoulders for enhanced stability in the putting stroke. The increase in overall length and weight—coupled with a heavier, longer grip—keeps the putter in balance, while the entire stroke is slowed down.

With a solid milled face and an integrated 6061 aluminum sole plate, the Super Select Squareback 2 Long Design features the same wider-bodied, angular mid-mallet head shape of the Super Select Squareback 2 but incorporates the Long Design tungsten sole weights, heavy grip and custom shaft.

Dual-Milled Face Technology

Combining the legendary softness of deep-milled putters with the feedback and roll of mid-milled offerings, Scotty’s new dual-milled face technology texture brings Tour-inspired feel to a new level.

I-Beam Neck Design

The new, precision sculpted neck designs give each model a racier, industrial look, but also allow for the removal and targeted repositioning of weight from the neck to the heel and toe of the putter head. This, coupled with a strategically placed notch—positioned for precise lie adjustments—and Scotty’s larger signature milled dots in the pocket, allowed additional weight to be meticulously redistributed for improved performance.

Multi-Material Construction

The Super Select Squareback 2 extends Scotty Cameron’s proven construction methodology of incorporating complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics. Each ‘Plus’ model employs a precision milled 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate expertly designed into the 303 stainless steel putter head, which allows for proper weight distribution, balance and feel.

Custom Stiffer Shafts

Designed for stability and forgiveness, the stiffer, longer version of Scotty’s mid-bend shaft accommodates the heavier head weight of the Phantom 11 Long Design.

Custom 17-Inch 135-Gram Grip

Made especially for the Long Design models, the 135-gram, non-tapered 17-inch grip allows for softer grip pressure and controlled hand movement with more weight to counterbalance the increased putter head weight.

Heavier Sole Weights

Each Long Design putter incorporates interchangeable 25-gram tungsten sole weights.
